This eight week course is a self-paced analysis (dropped weekly) and has you complete a series of quick work books that serve as a means to keep you from falling further into a dark hole of long recovery.
Let us help you get back on track. Over the eight weeks we look at your motivation, values, maladaptive behavioural patterns and points of joy to reinject the calm and wonder into daily life.
Ditch the Drink (12 weeks)

That's what this program provides. It's a self-guided course (dropped on a weekly basis in advance) allowing you to listen, learn and action changes to reach your goals around alcohol in your own time and cost effectively.
Whether you're looking to kick-start a change or embark on a deeper journey, the programme offer you tools and techniques to step into a less boozy and healthier version of you – a you full of energy with a little more peace and calm.
It changes the way you think about drinking, examines what was leading you to pick up in the first place and ways to break the mouse wheel of habit.
The content was created by myself after finding my own rock bottom (or three) while running a super successful business and raising two children.
