At Defrazzle Me, integrity means telling the truth especially when it’s uncomfortable.

We are science-led, trauma-informed and grounded in lived experience. We don’t sell quick fixes, shame, or motivation theatre. We don’t pathologise burnout or coping behaviours  we explain them.

We are transparent about what we offer, what we know and what change actually requires. We centre autonomy, informed choice and nervous-system safety without fear, guilt  or pressure.

We respect boundaries, confidentiality and consent at all times. We do not exploit vulnerability for marketing, engagement or profit.

If something doesn’t align with our values, we don’t do it, even if it would be easier or secure more clientele.

That’s our line in the sand.
