2. Mindful Sobriety: Focuses on mindfulness techniques and meditation to help participants manage cravings and stress. Includes daily mindfulness exercises and guided meditations including an understanding of why we are propelled towards drinking.

3. Healthy Habits Challenge: An eight-hour workshop develop together a month-long program where participants commit to replacing drinking with healthier habits. This session provides an overview of nutrition, exercise, and mental health and understanding the science of maladaptive behaviour and its place in daily life.

4. Purpose Discovery Retreat: A retreat in a serene location where participants engage in introspective exercises and guided coaching sessions to uncover their true passion, purpose and align their family and work life to reflect these.

5. Vision Board Workshop: A creative, hands-on session where participants create vision boards that represent their goals and aspirations to use as the primary tool to visualize and articulate your "why."

6. Life Path Reboot: A full day guiding participants through identifying their core values, strengths, time management and passions to move from asleep to awake and making conscious decisions that are not about people pleasing or obliging others.

7. Transformational Journey: A holistic workshop tacking the removal of maladaptive behaviours and people and finding purpose. Understanding the science of habit and how it keeps you stagnant.

8. Burnout - Empowerment Through Change: A day for participants to look at the science of burnout and strategies that can be implemented in the short and long term to reboot and recharge you to build a life you want to live.
