Week 3:

Mindset, Motivation & Self-Care - this week we look deeply at mindset and tactics to build and sustain motivation with practical strategies. Discover coping techniques for cravings and the integral role self-care.

We'll introduce meditation to support your journey. A non-negotiable and discuss the health benefits of cold therapy.

Week 4:

Relapse prevention and long - term planning is the last week in which we identify challenges and creating a solid plan for the future.

We define long-term strategies to maintain your desired lifestyle, ensuring a happier more “Zen” you.
